A Call to Action for the Survival and Triumph of the Eritrean People

To the Parents who sacrificed your children, to the Elders who bear the scars of our history, to the Youth whose future is being stolen, and to the brave men and women of the Eritrean Defense Forces:

We stand at the absolute edge of a national catastrophe. The agonizing cry rising from the depths of our nation's soul demands an answer: How can we, as a people, be saved?

We struggled and sacrificed everything to liberate a nation, only to be stripped of it. We have been robbed of our country, our children, our rights, and our very dignity by the predatory PFDJ gangster regime, by traitorous leaders we once embraced as our own, who have systematically dismantled everything we built and left our people exposed to extinction.

This is not merely a political crisis. It is a national emergency, and it demands a national response.

We must face the full weight of this truth: Eritrea is no longer governed by a legitimate authority. Our nation is held hostage by a criminal syndicate hiding behind the hollow shell of the PFDJ, led by the scoundrel Isaias Afwerki, a man who has transformed the promise of our liberation into the reality of our imprisonment.

Their strategy has always been the same: keep our people weak, divided, afraid, and dependent. Through indefinite conscription, engineered poverty, and systematic repression, this regime wages a calculated war against its own citizens. Make no mistake, “the greatest threat to Eritrea today does not come from across our borders. It comes from within. It sits entrenched in the underground bunker of Adi-Halo.”

The sooner we end this predatory system through organized, disciplined, and united people-powered action, the better our chances of rescuing Eritrea from irreversible collapse.

I. Unmasking the Gangster Regime: The Coercive Conscription Economy

The PFDJ is a fiction. It has no functioning constitution, no elected congress, no rule of law, and no mandate. It is merely a brand name draping a ruthless, personal authoritarian system that rules through terror and the systematic destruction of hope.

At the heart of this system lies the Coercive Conscription Economy, an engineered machinery of human exploitation where the survival of ordinary citizens is sacrificed daily to sustain the survival of the regime.

The regime weaponizes poverty. It destroys the agrarian foundation that once fed our families. It collapses the economy through corruption and monopoly. It denies our youth an education, converting schools into pipelines for military conscription. It strips young men and women of their futures, abducting them to Sawa and conscripting them into indefinite servitude with no endpoint and no compensation.

The result is a nation ground into a single, devastating choice: submit to a lifetime of slavery, or flee across deserts and seas, risking death to find the dignity stolen from you at home.

In this grim political marketplace, our citizens serve only two purposes: they are domestic hostages, kept poor to prevent resistance, or exportable pawns, traded as mercenary labor in proxy wars for foreign patronage. The empty granary is the regime's most powerful recruitment tool; hunger is its most reliable enforcer.

This is not governance. This is predation. And the prey is the Eritrean people.

II. The Blueprint for Our Second Liberation

The international community will not save us. No foreign power will dismantle this regime on our behalf. We are the ones we have been waiting for.

The path forward demands courage and coordinated action across every front:

1. Shatter the Architecture of Fear: The regime survives by turning neighbor against neighbor. We must rebuild mutual trust. Every act of quiet defiance, every refusal to participate in surveillance, and every moment of solidarity is an act of liberation. When we stop fearing one another, their control collapses.

2. Defund the Authoritarian System: The diaspora is the regime's financial lifeline. Every dollar channeled through coercive diaspora taxes and propaganda festivals funds our own repression. This must stop immediately. Redirect your resources to support trapped families, independent media, and the organized resistance.

3. Reclaim Our History: The regime’s most cynical lie is that opposing them betrays our martyrs. Our martyrs did not bleed for indefinite servitude, metal shipping containers, or a buried constitution. To oppose this regime is the only authentic way to honor our liberation.

4. Build a Broad Coalition: No single group can do this alone. We need civil servants resisting from within, religious leaders speaking truth, and youth standing tall. We need every patriotic Eritrean to unite under the non-negotiable banner of justice and freedom for all.

5. Commit to "The Day After": We must offer a credible vision of a free Eritrea to prevent fears of chaos. Our shared commitment is clear: a new, inclusive constitution driven by the people, the end of indefinite national service, the unconditional release of political prisoners, an independent judiciary, and the rule of law.

6. Maintain Discipline and National Purpose: Our struggle is not for revenge or chaos. We commit to an organized, disciplined movement rooted in respect for every Eritrean life, including those coerced into serving the regime. Our goal is not punishment. Our goal is liberation.

The Dawn That Is Coming

We, the Eritrean people, are not strangers to impossible odds. We survived colonial occupation. We endured superpower-backed military campaigns. We fought a thirty-year war against every conceivable disadvantage, and we won. That iron will and fierce love for our land still lives in us today.

History is unambiguous: no authoritarian system, no matter how brutal, rules forever.

The darkness we are living through is real, but the darkest hour is always just before the dawn. The First Liberation gave us our borders. The Second Liberation will restore our dignity, reclaim our future, and give us back our souls.

Let us not waver. Let us not be tired. Let us not abandon one another.

To the parents: your sacrifices were not in vain. The nation your children died to create will be restored.

To the elders: the Eritrea you dreamed of is still possible.

To the youth: your future belongs to you, it is worth every sacrifice to reclaim it.

To the soldiers: your highest duty is to Eritrea and its people, not to a bunker-bound PFDJ clique hiding in Adi-Halo.

Awake, Unite and Reclaim.
